The first phase of the Dubai World Trade Centre District anchors the city’s new business district, a prime real estate area in the Gulf.

Our design balances public and private spaces, creating a mixed-use urban quarter with offices, apartments, hotels, and retail. Carefully crafted internal and external spaces include tree-lined streets, light-filled atria, and rooftop garden - places to live, work, and enjoy life.

The project delivers a human-scaled urban environment with over 1 million m² (10 million sqft) of developable area. Office buildings are designed to the highest environmental standards, targeting LEED Platinum certification.

The development offers nearly 300,000 m² of Grade A1 office and retail space, along-side five-, four-, and three-star hotels, serviced apartments, plus a club and lofts tower.
