The project comprises a pair of iconic twin towers in a three-tier stepping profile that tapers in height to emphasize verticality and to create an effective structural system.
The towers are interconnected via a skybridge at mid-level which hosts a lobby, lounge, restaurant and dramatic rooftop infinity pool. Each tower is composed of 50 storeys, with a total height of 265 m and includes hotel guestrooms and apartments with duplex penthouses at the top.
All rooms offer panoramic views towards Zabeel or the Trade Centre development and across the city of Dubai. The internal and external public areas at the base of the towers are carefully designed as a series of terraces and outdoor pools set in a lush garden environment.
