Central Park District 08 is part of the Dubai International Finance Centre masterplan. The site is located near the extreme end of the development boundary and sits alongside one end of the axis that runs across, linking the Gate Building, the Emirates Towers, and the World Trade Centre on the other end. Such a location forms a significant counterbalance to the Emirates Towers and therefore lends itself to being a building with a strong presence.
The scale and massing of the two 50-storey towers contrasts with the nearby Emirates Towers. The larger of the two towers contains offices, and the other one is for residential use. They are both linked by a podium, which houses associated retail, leisure, and related car parking.
