Hopkins were selected to design Project North Park at the University of Exeter in 2018 following a design competition. In collaboration with Aecom, our design was chosen from five shortlisted teams. The project was granted Planning Permission from Exeter City Council in June 2020.

Project North Park will deliver a world-class research and teaching facility to facilitate collaboration and innovation between Academics, students, public and partner communities. Hopkins have worked closely with the University and Aecom to design a working environment that will develop and enrich understanding of 21st-century global challenges. Responding to its landscape setting, the building will revitalise the eastern edge of Exeter’s unique campus.
