An extension to the Four Seasons Resort on Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach provides space for three luxurious restaurants over three floors, as one of Dubai’s most popular dining venues. The restaurant building designed by Hopkins Architects is a subtle and inviting front-of-house face of the hotel. Facing the busy Jumeirah Street, the building is defined by a dynamic curve and greenery which dominates the street-facing elevation.
A curved, stepped façade facing the main road gives a contemporary edge to the classic Four Seasons style and, with a large terrace on the second floor, offers views over the famous Dubai skyline. Steps in the facade form terraces for rich greenery that provides an acoustic and visual separation from the main road. Generous areas offered to restaurant tenants as well as open atrium overlooked through full height glazing, result from integrated approach to the plant design and highly efficient cores.
