    Jonathan joined Hopkins Architects in 2008 and was made a Director in 2023. Jonathan has particular expertise in education projects both in the UK and USA, and was part of the team which delivered the 350,000-square-foot Colby College Athletics and Recreation Center in Maine. He recently oversaw the delivery of a new landmark School of Management building at the University of Bath.

    In 2012 Jonathan was responsible for the design and construction of the roof of the 6,000 seat Olympic Velodrome,  and acted as design team lead for the legacy transformation of the VeloPark & North Parklands. 

    Jonathan is currently working on the Stephen A. Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities at the University of Oxford, a project which will bring together all of the University’s humanities departments for the first time, as well as providing high quality public exhibition and performance spaces to increase community engagement. 

    Jonathan is passionate about architectural education and has tutored for the MArch Masters programme at Greenwich University and lectured at numerous UK Schools of Architecture including Bath, Cambridge, Greenwich and UCL, as well as in Athens for the British Foreign Office as part of ECOWEEK’s building seminar series.
