Henry joined the Practice in 1997 and became an Associate Partner in 2010. Henry has particular experience in working internationally, and was part of the team which designed and delivered Yale University's Forestry and Environmental School in the US, establishing a strong architectural identity for the School that has ensured its continued growth and success, now widely acknowledged as a leader in global sustainability. On completion the building was the greenest on Yale's campus.
More recently, Henry has been working on a recently opened Dubai campus for the University of Birmingham, which responds appropriately to its local context whilst referencing the University of Birmingham’s origins and is designed to adapt to fast-changing learning environments, prioritising flexibility and adaptation.
Prior to his move to Dubai, Henry was a visiting critic at Nottingham University School of Architecture and the Architectural Association, London.
