James Powis-Eagers

Project Architect

James joined Hopkins in 2015, following studies at the University of Liverpool. He was made a Project Architect in 2020.

Whilst at Hopkins, James has worked on a broad range of projects, including the mixed-use South Molton Triangle development, a major luxury hotel and residences, and high-quality, sustainable, student accommodation, all in Central London. He was also part of the team for the 2020 Expo in Dubai, which is opening later this year.

James is currently working as Project Architect on the new School Sports Centre at Eton College, a traditional brick building which replaces the existing outdated facilities on Eton’s historic campus and includes provision for Squash, Athletics, Climbing, Martial Arts and Badminton. The project also includes the refurbishment and renovation of the existing historic Fives and Rackets buildings.
