A framework for future re-development of brownfield land set in the River Don Valley on the outskirts of Sheffield

The potential to combine five adjacent sites set in a district which has suffered a down-turn in industrial activity and lack of investment could transform the identity of the valley and form a catalyst for regeneration.
 
Our vision of a new sustainable business and residential community will be based around a new neighbourhood hub with public spaces and streets uniting the disparate and irregular plots into a cohesive masterplan.

A new urban character will be created, strengthening existing green landscape features and extending links into the surrounding area by increasing permeability and connectivity.
