The towers are located on the southwest corner of the World Trade Centre site to maximise views out towards Zabeel. In addition, the towers have prominent views out towards the Burj Dubai and Emirates Towers.

This arrangement, combined with the staggering of the three residential towers, maximises views out whilst minimising overlooking conditions between the towers. A series of loft units are created along the edges of the streets at the lower part of the towers.

The garden level provides a tranquil landscaped area in the transition zone between the loft apartments and the residential towers.

Key features include:

  • 1000 apartments
  • Dedicated drop-off areas for each tower
  • Common and shared facilities located between buildings
  • Low-level loft apartments create an appropriate transition between the residential towers and the ground floor
  • Buildings assist in calming the effects of air movement at street level
  • A series of shaded, landscaped courtyards at ground floor creat a calm retreat for residents
