Dubai

Since opening in 2004 our Dubai office has grown to 50 people and has developed a reputation for delivering some of the most interesting and challenging projects in the region to such an extent that we currently have 15 million square feet of buildings under construction. Central to our design work is the creation of a contemporary urbanism relevant to the culture and climate of the Gulf. These projects which respond to local materials and construction sector demands also translate the low energy and sustainable design philosophy from our previous UK work into the widely different climate of the region. Our project for the Dubai World Trade Centre is currently on target for LEED Gold Status.

These projects are executed directly by HAD Ltd. from an office in Dubai led by Director, Simon Fraser.
