Jersey Waterfront Scheme Gains Planning Permission March 1, 2010

On the 19th February 2010 Hopkins Architects' design for a mixed-use but primarily residential scheme on St Helier's waterfront was granted planning permission by the States of Jersey.

The scheme comprises 59 1-4 bedroom flats.  A basement provides parking for 80 cars and the ground floor will be used for caf├ęs, restaurants and a variety of other uses.

The buildings will be designed to the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 and constructed using pre-cast concrete frames with brushed stainless steel balconies and bay fronts.
