Academic Building Tops Out March 1, 2017
Our new Academic Building at Brighton College has topped out. The roof's steelwork is now in place and decking is being fixed which has revealed the undulating profile along the Sutherland Road elevation to the west of the site. Windows are mostly fixed, brickwork is proceeding against the concrete frame and curtainwalling is also being fixed. The project is on schedule for completion for use by the start of the Autumn Term later this year.
The building will include 22 classrooms for various academic departments, an experimental classroom, offices, a locker room and breakout spaces for students and staff. Click here for further details.
