Alexandra brings focussed experience with mixed-use developments as well as residential and residential care facilities throughout England to the Practice.
Prior to joining Hopkins, she was the project architect for an elderly day centre and associated housing for the elderly in Kensington which is now under construction. She was also project architect for a major mixed-use masterplan in Coventry which included a science park and retail / commercial spaces. She then developed the preliminary brief and scheme options for a £40 million PRS development in Manchester.
Alexandra was part of the winning team for the open competition for the Letchworth Garden City Housing Competition, completed in 2011. She then served as the project architect for a large housing scheme on the North Circular in London which is now under construction.
More recently, Alexandra has worked on a feasibility study for a new office building and conference centre in central Nottingham and is now working on a 43-unit high-quality brick residential development in Hammersmith and Fullham, West London which is currently at planning stage.
