Carolin Jakob

Project Director, Munich

Carolin studied at the Bauhaus University Weimar and the Technical University Munich and joined the Practice in 2001 after working in Germany and the United States.

 

Her early work for the Practice includes a commercial office development with serviced apartments in the Docklands of London, the mixed use Shin-Marunouchi Towers in Tokyo and the initial stages of the refurbishment of the Wellcome Collection for the Wellcome Trust in London. Carolin was based in Dubai from September 2004 as the Project Architect for Gate Village, a mixed-use development consisting of ten buildings in the Dubai International Financial Centre. 

 

She became Project Director in 2007 and is now responsible for our work in Germany through the Munich office.
